  1. You have just purchased the largest collection of music and
  2. sound files ever assembled!  This disc contains over 10,000
  3. music and sound clips in virtually every format for virtually
  4. EVERY kind of sound card!

  6. The requirements to use this CD-ROM are as follows:
  7.  
  8.      IBM or compatible computer.  286 or faster recommended.
  9.      CD-ROM drive.
  10.      SoundBlaster or compatible sound card.
  11.      256K free RAM.  2 MEGS recommended.
  12.      Some knowledge of the MS-DOS operating system.
  13.  
  14. This disc includes many programs to play music and sound
  15. files.  You will find these programs in the sub-directory
  16. called \S_UTIL.  To view a list of sound and music programs
  17. simply log to your CD-ROM drive and type:
  18.  
  19.      SOUND <ENTER>.
  20.  
  21. This will bring up a listing of sound and music players.  To
  22. use any of these programs you must first unZIP them.  This is
  23. done by typing from the DOS prompt:

  25.      PKUNZIP FILENAME.ZIP [DESTINATION PATH] <ENTER>
  26.  
  27. DESTINATION PATH is the full pathname of where you wish your
  28. program to be stored on your hard drive or floppy diskette.
  29. For additional information see the documentation with the
  30. program PKZ204G.EXE found in both the \S_UTIL and \G_UTIL
  31. directories.

  33. You may play any of the music or sound files directly from
  34. the CD-ROM without copying them to your hard drive or floppy
  35. drive.  You have a full library of sound and music stored on
  36. your CD-ROM which will not take up any room on your hard
  37. drive or floppy disk drives!

  39. As an added bonus around 200 high resolution .GIF (Graphic
  40. Interchange Format) pictures are also included on this disc.
  41. You will find these pictures in the \PICTURES sub-directory
  42. of the CD-ROM.  To view any of these pictures you will first
  43. need to install a graphics viewing program.  These programs
  44. are included in the \G_UTIL directory of the CD-ROM.  To see
  45. a list of these programs simply type GRAPHICS from the root
  46. directory of the CD-ROM.
